Register now for this rare opportunity to own a piece of Sheffield’s architectural history.

An award for our “Exemplar regeneration scheme”
We’ve just won our 496th award! The Michelmores regeneration Project of the Year award was presented to Factory Cooperage at Royal William Yard and praised by judges as “an exemplar regeneration scheme.” This latest accolade continues three decades of recognition from industry bodies, local authorities and the design community.

7,000 sq ft of Plymouth lettings – as Brewhouse Arcade is fully let
We've secured deals on 7,000 sq ft of space at Royal William Yard in Plymouth – including the Arcade at Brewhouse. Launched less than a year ago the building is now fully occupied by a collection of independent retailers. Other deals include a 2,422 sq ft deal in Mills Bakery and a letting on 1,464 sq ft space in Melville. Want to join them? Find out more about the award-winning, flexible workspace at Royal William Yard.

No. 10 in the North – at New Islington?
With Prime Minister Burnham now in office, plans are underway to establish a Number 10 in the North – and it’s right next to New Islington – an area we’ve spent 20 years transforming. Once the Cardroom Estate and backdrop to Channel 4’s Shameless, it’s been reborn from post‑industrial decline into a vibrant, mixed‑use neighbourhood, with the prospect of a northern No.10 emblematic of the work of Urban Splash and our partners here.

Engaging with local people in Swansea
We hosted a public consultation in Swansea this month, sharing new images of how the city’s Civic Centre could be redeveloped. Drawing on 33 years of regeneration, our proposals include around 130 high‑quality apartments alongside leisure, waterfront amenities and public spaces. Working with Swansea Council, we aim to breathe new life into the area.

CrossedWires at Cole Brothers
Throughout our 30-plus years of regeneration we’ve always promoted community uses – even before buildings are fully developed. That continued at Cole Brothers in Sheffield, where CrossedWires Festival recently returned for a second consecutive year. The former department store hosted BBC Sounds fringe events including Radio 2’s Book Club with Sara Cox, Newscast, Traitors Uncloaked, Strange But True Crime, Nicky Campbell and more. And don't worry if you missed it, all the podcasts are on BBC iPlayer.

At Royal William Yard, Plymouth enjoy regular SUP paddle sessions, the Maritime Masterpiece walking tour on 1st August, and the Good Food & Craft Market on Sunday 2nd.
