Originally designed to house the making and repair of casks used to store rum, salt and fresh water, Factory Cooperage forms one of the final chapters in the reinvention of Royal William Yard.

We’re working with Poppy Developments to convert the building to create 24 architect-designed townhouses. Thoughtfully set within the existing structure and upgraded with new fixtures and fittings designed for modern life, the new homes mark the final step in the building’s transformation.
