Our commitment to Park Hill spans two decades, and has seen us create 455 new homes, accommodation for 356 students, and more than 50,000 sq ft of workspace in partnership with Places for People.

In that time, Park Hill has evolved into one of Sheffield’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, with a lively mix of residents, creatives and independent businesses. Testament to its success, Park Hill has received 39 awards and is the only building to have ever been shortlisted twice for the RIBA Stirling Prize.
