New homes coming soon to Park Hill
Building on the success of three previously completed phases, the latest phase will introduce 125 new homes to Park Hill, alongside green spaces, EV charging and bike storage. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, connected community in Sheffield’s most iconic address.
Each new home has been created in collaboration once again with the architects behind Stirling Prize shortlisted Phase 2, Mikhail Riches, with the same raw concrete character, light and space, and green outlooks the Brutalist beauty is known for.
This is a rare chance to own a piece of Sheffield’s history – register your interest below to be among the first to hear more as details are released.

A neighbourhood like no other
Our commitment to Park Hill spans two decades, and has seen us create 455 new homes, accommodation for 356 students, and more than 50,000 sq ft of workspace in partnership with Places for People.
In that time, Park Hill has evolved into one of Sheffield’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, with a lively mix of residents, creatives and independent businesses. Everything you could want is right on your doorstep – a bar, a bakery, cafés, shops, places to eat from morning through to night, a convenience store, a hairdresser and even a nursery. Testament to its success, Park Hill has received 39 awards and is the only building to have ever been shortlisted twice for the RIBA Stirling Prize.
But the story doesn’t stop here. We’re continuing to bring even more homes and spaces to life to complete our vision for Park Hill with our next phase now underway.
