“The first thing I noticed when I arrived at the sales office on Saturday morning was the queue of buyers outside, some of them in camping chairs.

“We’d told customers ahead of the first drop that they’d need to be at the front of the queue to have first pick at the homes they wanted, so it was great to see people arriving before doors opened at 10am. In fact, one customer at the very front of the queue had been outside the sales office since 11:30pm the night before!
