A 6 minute read by Tom Bloxham CBE MBE

Welcome to our June 2026 edition of the Newsplash – a round up of all things Urban Splash.

This summer marks our 33rd anniversary – more than three decades of building neighbourhoods with character, community and long‑term impact, with many more homes and workspaces still to come.

This edition of Newsplash looks back at that milestone, as well as details of new homes at Park Hill - where we also mark the building's 65th birthday!

There’s also details of a packed events programme at Royal William Yard – including monthly Sunset Sailaway Cruises – a chat with our Head of Commercial Lettings, some key takeaways from our sessions at UKREiiF, and our home and workspace picks of the month!

This penultimate phase marks the continuation of a 20‑year regeneration journey at Park Hill – a building that is 65 years old this year, and a place that has helped define Urban Splash’s approach to placemaking and housing innovation.
