        Plans for the Civic Centre in Swansea

        “Crowds flock” to see plans for “Wales’ best view”

        Wales’ First Minister Eluned Morgan was among guests at our consultation event in Swansea this month, where locals were invited to learn more about our vision for the Civic Centre – one of the key areas we are progressing in partnership with Swansea Council. Local press praised the proposal saying planned properties would offer “possibly Wales’ best view”. Anyone who was unable to attend the consultation can still share their views and feedback here.

        Trust the Process: meet the artist behind Sheffield’s newest mural

        We’ve unveiled a bold new mural at the Grade II Listed Cole Brothers building in Sheffield. Created by local artist Kid Acne, the colourful artwork features the words “Walk in your purpose and trust in the process.” It marks an exciting new chapter for Cole Brothers, while continuing the site’s long-standing connection between art and architecture, something Kid Acne and Bridget Ingle – from Friends of Sheffield City Centre – discuss in this brand-new blog and film.

        Workspace at Vanilla Factory in Liverpool

        20,000 sq ft of deals – and a fully let Vanilla Factory

        We’ve let over 20,000 sq ft in Liverpool’s Ropewalks this month, including Rare Dance Studio, which has taken 8,345 sq ft across five spaces in the now-100% occupied Vanilla Factory. The Ropewalks is a hub for the city’s independent cultural scene, with galleries, eateries and shops adding vibrancy.         Our Grade II-listed Park Hill in Sheffield has been shortlisted in the 2026 Pineapple Awards! The nomination celebrates what’s already been achieved at Park Hill, including 455 new homes, accommodation for 356 students, and over 50,000 sq ft of workspace. We’re now gearing up for Phase 4, delivering even more new homes, and you can register your interest on the link below.

        Taking to the stage to talk Swansea, urban regen and more

        Our colleagues were at the heart of industry conversations this month, with CEO Julian Curnuck and Director of Future Suzy Jones speaking at The Business Desk Property Lunch, while David Warburton joined a Swansea roundtable with Wales Business Insider. Chair and Founder Tom Bloxham CBE MBE also delivered several talks, including the IPBES-12 Parallel Programme’s Northern Roots session hosted by Steph Hepworth of Nature North. Tom also spoke to school pupils at a Futures For All event, and will soon appear at events with DEFRA and the Manchester School of Architecture.
