An Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of England and Wales, Kim brings more than 17 years of expertise to the business, ensuring the highest standards of governance and operational excellence.

Initially joining as Company Secretary, Kim has played a pivotal role in providing legal support and strategic advice across the group. Today, she leads on shaping Urban Splash’s governance framework, overseeing corporate legal matters, litigation, compliance, and risk management. She also chairs the Central Services Board, aligning key operational and support functions with the company’s wider strategic objectives.

Alongside her governance role, Kim manages the People and Administration teams, supporting employees across Urban Splash’s four core business areas.

Before her career in housing, Kim spent more than a decade in London in legal and financial services roles – experience that continues to inform her approach today.
