A modern neighbourhood in the well-connected countryside
Introducing our brand-new Cambridgeshire neighbourhood, Inholm.
Inholm is an architect-designed neighbourhood set in Northstowe, a small town just 8k north of Cambridge city centre.
The neighbourhood is made up of 43 three-storey Town House homes, and with great transport links to nearby towns and cities – commuting is easy.
Homes at Inholm are big and bright, with huge windows, impressively high ceilings, first floor balconies, beautiful gardens, and eco-friendly features like rooftop solar panels (to help keep your monthly bills down).
We want you to live how you like here, so we designed a range of home layouts for you to choose from. Decide between three, four, and five bedrooms, which kitchen shape best suits your lifestyle, and whether you want your living space on the ground floor (we call this ‘garden living’) or the top (‘loft living’).
Venture beyond the walls of your new home, and you’ll find two neighbourhood waterparks, landscaped pocket parks, schools that cover ever age group, play areas, an outdoor gym, an unmissable food and drinks scene, and cycle routes – loads of them.
But that’s just the start. Eventually, Northstowe will have its own vibrant town centre complete with a high street, market hall, civic hub, new workspaces, and tons of open green space.
The sales pavilion is open from Thursday to Monday and two brand-new show homes open on Saturday 26 June. To get a first look, make an enquiry or contact Brandon on 01223 867000.

There's St Ives and Huntingdon to the north and plenty to stay local for in nearby villages Histon, Rampton, Impington and more. The upgrade of the new A14 makes any journey easier too by car.
You'll find Inholm using postcode CB24 1DJ on Google maps - it's a new place so follow the signage when you get there and look for a 9ft black and glass triangle building and that's us!
