“My time at Urban Splash began back in 2001 working as a Junior Negotiator out of Collegiate in Liverpool. The former school had been converted into 96 apartments and it’s where I learned the ropes in residential sales. A year later, I moved across to Castlefield in Manchester in the early days of its regeneration chapter. Watching the area develop over the years has been nothing short of a privilege – an area that was previously characterised by disused warehouses and industrial relics has become a neighbourhood brimming with homes, workplaces, bars and restaurants.

Our in-house team, based at Timber Wharf in Manchester, manage all our inbound customer enquiries, as well as maintenance, new tenancies, and renewals, and other admin. We also work closely with our colleagues across marketing, finance and development to ensure our product, services and communications are the best they can be for our customers.”
