Site Manager - NorthstoweNorthstowe, Cambridge
Inholm is an architect-designed neighbourhood set in Northstowe, a small town just 8k north of Cambridge city centre. The neighbourhood is made up of 43 three-storey Town House homes, and with great transport links to nearby towns and cities – commuting is easy. Homes at Inholm are big and bright, with huge windows, impressively high ceilings, first floor balconies, beautiful gardens, and eco-friendly features like rooftop solar panels (to help keep your monthly bills down).
We are looking for a Site Manager / Project manager to support the current team on this New Build Housing Development.
The main objective of the post is the manufacture of all products ensuring compliance with specification and quality requirements, in an accurate and timely manner to ensure productivity. Furthermore, ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety Procedures and relevant Risk Assessments.
We currently have 14 positions available due to the exciting introduction of a secondary production line at our factory.
Head of Technical DesignAlfreton
The Head of Technical Design will play an integral part in all aspects of the department; liaising with external professional bodies, Project Managers and the Head of Manufacturing as to ensure a professional technical service.
Senior Development ManagerBirmingham/Manchester
This is an exciting and challenging role for a development project manager to lead the delivery on one of Urban Splash’s flagship schemes – Port Loop in Birmingham. Port Loop is a multi-phase residential development in Icknield and has the potential for over 1,000 homes, most of which will be produced in Urban Splash’s “House” factory in Alfreton using MMC.
Assistant Quantity SurveyorVarious
Urban Splash are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, focused on leading both the pre-construction and construction delivery of a project. The candidate will have ‘core skills’, to bring to the team.
The ‘core skills’ will be focused on both pre-construction and construction activities leading on procurement, cost plan management, sub contract management, contract preparation and reporting etc. Ideally the candidate will have a QS background in construction on Residential and Commercial Developments.
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible forecasting manufacturing capacities and direct resources through to the release of manufacturing orders and reporting on performance against plan as to identify when demand/supply gaps develop and put robust plans in place to mitigate any potential risk.
