The main objective of the post is the manufacture of all products ensuring compliance with specification and quality requirements, in an accurate and timely manner to ensure productivity. Furthermore, ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety Procedures and relevant Risk Assessments.

In this new, admin-led role, you will look after Urban Splash customers up and down the country – ensuring that their queries are responded to, and that they are enjoying amazing experiences in their Urban Splash workspace.

You’ll be the first person to speak with our prospective customers, enthusiastically engaging with them as they start their Urban Splash journey – wowing them with a cracking level of customer care. You’ll do this alongside our Existing Business coordinator, the two of you working seamlessly to onboard new customers into our buildings.
