Property / Asset Manager
ManchesterWe're looking for a skilled Property / Asset Management professional, RICS qualified in commercial property with experience in establishing leasing strategies, transactions and managing a multi occupied commercial portfolio.
You'll have a good understanding of commercial case law and legal principles with a broad working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and practices.
