We’re property company of the year
This month, we added to our awards tally by winning at The Business Desk Business of the Year Awards! Our 493rd award (yes, we’re keeping count!) celebrates the impact of our work in the North West and recognises the dedication of our teams in delivering outstanding results across the region.

Talking regeneration on the world stage
We were proud to see our CEO, Julian Curnuck at the 2025 World Economic Forum Urban Transformation Summit in San Francisco, where he was exclusively invited to talk about purpose-led regeneration, including our work at Park Hill in Sheffield. His appearance came as our Director of the Future, Suzy Jones, led a RIBA webinar exploring how architects can harness the Building Safety Act to strengthen the profession.

Our founder heads to Windsor Castle for his CBE
Our founder and Chairman Tom Bloxham has been presented with his second honour – with a CBE presented by King Charlies III at Windsor Castle this week. The honour, part of the 2025 King’s Birthday Honours, recognises his outstanding contribution to UK culture and comes as Tom is also featured in as the Property Interview for the November issue of North West Business Insider.

“You can’t not be inspired by Beehive Mill”
Read the story of our brilliant customer at Beehive Mill, Set Studio. Having co-owned her first Manchester studio, founder Eloise was ready to go solo and found her perfect space at Beehive Mill. With its industrial charm and creative energy, the former cotton mill has given her new venture room to grow.

Get ready for Christmas at Royal William Yard
Our historic Royal William Yard in Plymouth is set to sparkle again this year, transforming into a festive wonderland with twinkling lights, vibrant markets, and delicious dining. From the Festive Good Food & Craft Market to seasonal menus and new boutique openings, it’s the perfect place to shop, eat, and celebrate, and a chance to meet our newest occupiers in Brewhouse Arcade – Pebble Womenswear and Nala's Pet Co.
