Our third modular Town House development is complete

    26 October 2018
A 3 minute read by Nathan Cornish

Irwell Riverside, our development of modular Town Houses off Trinity Way in Manchester, have now completed, with all 72 modular homes on site and pretty much all occupied too.

It’s our third successful modular development after we completed, fully sold and handed over all 43 Houses at New Islington in Manchester in late 2016, and last year we completed and subsequently fully sold 24 Houses at Smith’s Dock in North Shields.

Because the modular homes are complete, we’ve also now turned our attentions to the next phase of the scheme, which is located just a few minutes walk from Victoria train station and Harvey Nichols, announcing that we’re partnering with Property Alliance Group to create 156 apartments across thee residential blocks.

    Uptown at Irwell Riverside

The development will be named Uptown and, nicely in sync with the first phase of the site, will be created using modular technology.

Watch this space for the details; in the meantime the final ever Town Houses at Irwell Riverside are now available to rent; you can also now register for the next Town Houses in Manchester which will be created by the Ashton Canal at New Islington and we’re selling the first Town Houses at the Port Loop development in Birmingham too.
