Avro – which stands just opposite our thriving New Islington neighbourhood – is one of Manchester’s last undeveloped mills; we’re doing what we love here – sensitively restoring and saving every inch of beautiful, original fabric, whilst simultaneously adding new design features which will make for some of the city’s most beautiful (and largest) homes.

We’re creating communal garden spaces too, ensuring our future residents will have their own bit of green space in the city.
