Description
Park Hill has amazingly spacious one and two bedroom, duplex, dual aspect apartments with floor to ceiling glazing allowing the best city views Sheffield has to offer. Architects Hawkins-Brown working with Studio Egret West have given special consideration to the façade because of the significance of it looming over the city. Colourful anodised aluminium panels replicate the coloured brick tones of the original façade and emphasise the modular structure.
We are working to bring love, life and pride back to this iconic project and make it a genuinely vibrant and sustainable community for the 21st Century. Phase 1 is now complete and residents have moved into their new homes. We are looking forward to beginning work on new homes soon, so register your interest now.
Our commercial team are working to bring in wonderful neighbours downstairs too. A real mix in the ingredients of a proper place for residents and visitors alike: a 'high street' of local services - butchers, newsagents, greengrocers, chippy- a doctor's and dentist's, a new home for the fantastic Grace Owen children's nursery, some great bars, pubs and cafes to make the most of the great views over the city, a village hall and a village green complete with oak tree, plus new workspace for businesses, artists or students, as well as dedicated secure provision for car parking. Two awesome, cool creative agencies have already moved into Park Hill.
The space around the building is becoming beautifully landscaped gardens, perfect for spending lazy days outside. Urban Splash and our public partners – Sheffield City Council, Transform South Yorkshire, Homes and Communities Agency, English Heritage and Great Places can't wait to share Park Hill with you.

About Park Hill
Standing proudly at the top of the hill overlooking Sheffield city centre, Park Hill was completed in 1961 as a bold vision for modern urban living. Its distinctive ‘streets in the sky’ – wide walkways outside each home, designed to be big enough for a milk float to pass – became vibrant social spaces where neighbours met and community life flourished.
Fast forward to 2026, and there are now 455 new homes, accommodation for 356 students and more than 50,000 sq ft of workspace across three completed phases.
Phase 4 is currently on site and will deliver 125 new apartments (20% of which will be affordable), along with new green spaces, EV charging, a car club and bike storage – all created in collaboration once again with the architects behind sold-out Phase 2, Mikhail Riches.
