Mill workspace in Manchester
One of Manchester’s surviving cotton mills, Phoenix Mill was originally built in 1849, situated on the Ashton Canal in New Islington. We have transformed this historic loft into a fantastic open plan office space.
The hallmarks of an Urban Splash scheme are rife at Phoenix Mill; blasted brickwork, a pitched roof with exposed beams, fantastic ceiling heights and feature glazing have all been retained to create brilliant contemporary workspaces each overlooking the Ashton canal.
The building's location in New Islington give it even more appeal; surrounded by the New Islington Free School (we were a part of the bid that helped bring the school here), the Cotton Field park, New Islington Marina, and the New Islington Metrolink stop - something which firmly anchored the area's moniker - it's part of a real community. The building's also just 10 minutes walk along the canal to Piccadilly Station connecting you to regional and national rail networks. There is also a City Car Club situated nearby at Chips.
Just a handful of space remains on offer and we'd love to show you around them; we offer our usual Urban Splash short form lease option too - just four-pages of jargon-free text that cuts out the costs and commitment of a standard lease. The fuss-free process means the space could be yours tomorrow.
