Waterside workspaces with character
Set beside the marina in the heart of Royal William Yard, Brewhouse is home to some of the Yard’s most recently upgraded workspaces, bringing fresh energy and flexibility to the iconic South West location.
With exposed stone, cast-iron columns and carefully crafted modern touches throughout, our waterside workspaces at Brewhouse offer an opportunity to trade in one of Plymouth’s most characterful and creative settings.
As part of Royal William Yard – now one of the South West’s most talked-about destinations – Brewhouse benefits from being at the centre of a thriving neighbourhood of restaurants, bars, a cinema, studios, homes and much more, enjoyed by over a million visitors each year.

Where retail meets reimagination
As part of our ongoing investment in our workspaces across the UK, we’ve transformed the ground floor at Brewhouse to introduce Arcade – our latest retail and leisure concept.
Arcade is a collection of six spaces, ranging from 492 sq ft to 1,303 sq ft, designed to offer an alternative retail experience. From seasonal pop-ups to longer-term brands, the flexible spaces are supported by workshops and events that bring the space to life and connect businesses with the wider Yard community.
We’ve already welcomed Nala’s Pet Co, Pebble and DockSide, alongside a programme of creative activations that showcase the potential of the space.
Whether you’re a local artisan or a national brand with a story to tell, Arcade offers a blank canvas to create something memorable with flexible leasing opportunities from one-off events and short-term pop-ups to longer-term occupancies.
