    Brewhouse

    Plymouth

    Where old meets new

Brewhouse is just one of the stunningly restored Listed former naval buildings at Royal William Yard in Plymouth. Our Yard is a place where thousands of people live and work; it’s filled with beautiful buildings, stunning views, great restaurants, leisure facilities, bakery and galleries, and a jam-packed calendar of events like craft and food markets, seasonal events, pop-up arts performances such as the Invisible Circus’ street entertainers, through to weekly yoga and fitness classes on the lawn.

We’ve done lots of work round these parts, not just in the buildings but also connecting the stunning, award-winning steps down to the famous South West Coast Path; we’ve opened up the waterfront too meaning you can rent a paddleboard, take a dip in the tidal swimming pool at Firestone Bay, berth your boat on our marina or take the ferry across to the Barbican on our hourly service.

Brewhouse itself stands at the heart of this community, with beautifully designed apartments and workspaces, it is one of the development’s most impressive structures, standing close to Factory Cooperage and Melville and overlooking the marina.

77 apartments, a limited number of which remain available for rent, feature here; each is packed with character and hallmark Urban Splash features like exposed stone walls, cast iron columns and cast-iron windows.

The collection of waterfront workspaces on Brewhouse’s ground floors meanwhile make for a superb working environment; they’re currently home to thriving businesses including Las Iguanas and Wagamama.

Some of the lovely commercial units – as well as space in the Yard’s surrounding buildings – remain available to rent; to find out about units from 100 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, contact our commercial team today and you could soon be a part of this iconic location.
