Campbell Park is our ambitious plan for a proper community in a park, with a seamless verdant landscape from wild allotment to cricket pitch. It takes the garden city principles that inspired Milton Keynes to the next level, with a rich mix of modern homes and work spaces in a diverse landscape that prioritises the way you want to live.
Pockets of green throughout the neighbourhood will dampen down noise and absorb pollution. They’ll give kids places to play, places to explore and wildlife to discover.
The 16-hectare site, which sits along the Grand Union Canal, close to the centre of Milton Keynes, is being delivered in a joint venture by Urban Splash and Places for People alongside Crest Nicholson.
This is our first development in the South East, and a chance for us to bring our family homes, Town House, to the region.

Located along the banks of the Grand Union Canal, Campbell Park will be a brand new neighbourhood transforming an under used part of Central Milton Keynes.
The site has easy access to both Milton Keynes Central Station and the M1, and The Grand Union Canal, which runs right through the site, directly links you to the centre of Milton Keynes on foot (or in a canoe if that’s your thing).
