    #US25 Gold Diggers Ball Social Media Competition - Terms & Conditions

    1. The #US25 Gold Diggers Ball Social Media Competition social media promotion will run from midday on Monday 16 July to 9.59pm Wednesday 18 June 2018 (the "Promotional Period").

    2. There are 10 pairs of tickets to be won to the #US25 Gold Diggers Ball on 19 July 2018.

    3. To be in with a chance of winning, entrants must:
    a. enter via Twitter by following Urban Splash and ReTweeting the original competition Tweet with a comment about what they were doing 25 years ago
    b. enter via Instagram by following Urban Splash and commenting under the competition post stating what they were doing 25 years ago

    4. An entrant can share multiple social media posts, across Twitter and Instagram

    5. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries during the competition period; with final winners announced at 9.59pm on Wednesday 18 June.

    6. The winners will be notified via direct message or Tweet on one of their social media accounts.

    7. The winners will be requested to provide their email address in exchange for their ticket (the email address will be used to register entrants onto our Eventbrite page); email addresses will be used for no other purpose and not held on the Urban Splash database

    8. The prize is as stated, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

    9. The result of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner.

    10. All eligible entrants must be 18 or over.

    11. The promotion may be promoted on other Urban Splash marketing channels however entries can only be made via Instagram or Twitter

    12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, which affect entrants' ability to participate in accordance with these terms and conditions.

    13. By taking part in this promotion, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

    14. By participating in the promotion, an entrant accepts the terms and conditions of Instagram, although it is acknowledged that the promotion is not sponsored or authorised by, nor associated in any way, with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. An entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and Twitter from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their entry in the promotion.
