When you recommend an Urban Splash property for sale to a friend or family member, you will both pocket a £1,000 reward when the sale completes. It really is that simple!

- Step 1
Email us at friendswithbenefits@urbansplash.co.uk with the following details. Before making a referral please ensure you have your friend’s permission to send us their contact details.
1. Customer’s name
2. Customer’s email address
3. Customer’s telephone number
4. Interested neighbourhood
5. Your name, postal address and telephone number- Step 2
We will confirm receipt of your email and get in touch with your friend/family member – it’s a great idea to let them know you’ve referred them to us too.
- Step 3
We’ll be in touch with you again if your referral is successful. We’ll email you and your friend/family member within 2 weeks of a property legally completing to request details for payment.
- Step 4
Sit back and enjoy spending your £1,000.
There are a few rules before any ‘benefits’ can be awarded:
1. This must be our first introduction to the customer.
2. Referrals will not be eligible where the customer has already directly enquired or is on our database.
3. The customer can’t have already reserved a property with us.

Terms and conditions
1. Payment will only be made once the property has legally completed.
2. Available on our homes at Inholm, Northstowe in Cambridgeshire, East Float, Wirral Waters in Merseyside, Avro and New Islington in Manchester, Park Hill in Sheffield and Port Loop in Birmingham.
3. The referral fee is only payable once on a specific property.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
