We’re a busy bunch at Urban Splash and here you’ll find a list of everything that we’re up to.
From interesting arts and cultural events at our developments, sales launches for our newest homes, and dates when our colleagues will be giving talks and joining panel debates about our work.
We also work with interesting tour guides across our neighbourhoods who can show you around and tell you more about the design and heritage of our communities.

A delegation from Urban Splash will be heading to UKREiiF in Leeds in May, including Tom Bloxham MBE, Suzy Jones, Nathan Cornish, Guy Ackerley, Simon Gawthorpe, David Warburton, Ben Thatcher and Rachel Thomas.

Park Hill tours
Park Hill Residents’ Association tours
Park Hill Residents’ Association invite you to join a resident-led 90 minute tour to walk the Streets in the Sky. Your guide will take you through the history of Park Hill, exploring the inspirations behind its design as well as its architectural concepts and distinctive details.
Along the way, you’ll hear about the people who played a part in its story and gain insight into what life here is like today. There will also be an opportunity to see inside a renovated flat*.
A spring or summer visit is the perfect time to see our gardens in bloom and to take in the spectacular views over the city and into the countryside beyond.
