Since our appointment by Sheffield City Council, we’ve been exploring how to sensitively restore Cole Brothers and bring it back to life as a vibrant, mixed-use space. Feedback from our public engagement in October 2024 has helped shape our thinking, and we’ve now submitted planning for the entire building.

Our vision includes cafés, restaurants, shops, leisure facilities, potential cultural spaces, and flexible workspace on the upper floors – all designed to complement and build on the success of the Council’s Heart of the City projects.
