Guy has over 20 years of experience in the residential property industry. He joined Urban Splash in September 2015 and is responsible for the new homes and investment sales on all residential developments at Urban Splash.
Guy also looks after the residential asset management team which currently manages over 800 properties across the Urban Splash development portfolio.
Before Splash
Prior to joining Urban Splash, Guy was at King Sturge and latterly JLL, where he established the residential agency business in Leeds in 2004 specialising in land, investment, valuation, development sales, lettings and residential property management.
Prior to that Guy was at Crown Dilmun, a London based development company, where he was involved in schemes in many of the major UK cities including Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester and Bristol. Whilst at Crown Dilmun Guy led the sales at the former Harrods Depository building in Knightsbridge which in its time set record sales prices for London.
