With over 27 years’ experience in the residential property sector, Guy leads the company’s development team together with overseeing the management of a portfolio of more than 1,000 residential properties.

Currently leading on nine multi-phased neighbourhoods across the UK at various stages of development, Guy brings expertise across the development cycle – specialising in land acquisitions and disposals, development of multiphase mixed-use developments and residential management and leasing strategies. Among them are Park Hill in Sheffield, Port Loop in Birmingham and New Islington in Manchester.

Before joining Urban Splash in 2015, Guy held roles at King Sturge, JLL, and Crown Dilmun, where he gained significant experience in land and new homes agency, valuations, and development consultancy.
