What is Lakeshore

Lakeshore, Crox Bottom, Bristol, is a unique development of eco homes sitting over its own lake, offering studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The Grade II Listed building, former home of Imperial Tobacco, sits in 10 acres of green space, and features numerous great eco features.

There are landscaped gardens and the lake is stocked with fish for lazy afternoons fishing. We've worked with architects Ferguson Mann to create stunning apartment space with extra high ceilings, full height glazing, under floor heating and generous balconies. The lake is surrounded with lots of spaces to spend your time, including allotments, BBQ areas, nature trails and a boules/games area! Multi-storey car parking is also available.

Lakeshore is located in South Bristol, approximately three miles from Bristol city centre and just two miles from Temple Meads train station. South Bristol is on the up! Lakeshore alongside other regeneration projects in the area means that residents will soon benefit from a new transport interchange, new leisure amenities, school and hospital.

Allotments at Lakeshore are available to anyone living in the scheme.
Allotment Licenses are £25 per annum, and for this you get access to one numbered allotment plot measuring 1.9 by 1.1 metres.
