    End of Tenancy Coordinator (13 month maternity cover)

    Role purpose

    To provide a positive and efficient experience for our outgoing rental tenants, and ensure our homes are in the best shape and ready for new arrivals.

    Key responsibilities

    Review pre move out and and move out reports to determine what works are needed.

    Obtain and compare quotes where needed to ensure we are getting best value for our clients and customers.

    Liaise with landlords in regards to works and costs prior to instruction where applicable.

    Instruct and co-ordinate works making sure items can be completed within required timescales.

    Verify work completions and process the associated invoices in a timely manner.

    Maintain frequent contact with the New Tenancy Co-ordinator and Residential consultants so everyone is aware of work and move in timescales.

    Use internal processes and industry guidelines to determine and negotiate any deposit deductions and communicate this with outgoing tenants within industry timescales.

    Prepare and submit deposit disputes to the DPS where required.

    Source contractors to ensure we have a variety of tradespeople to attend to works and keep contractor information up to date, such as insurance.

    Skills, knowledge and experience

    Previous experience in a lettings based role.

    Previous use of lettings software desirable.

    Previous experience of the end of tenancy work desirable.

    Use of Microsoft office software and administrative skills.

    Customer facing experiencing and problem solving skills.

    Excellent time management and organistional skills.

    Excellent customer service skills and well versed in communicating with Individuals both verbally and in written communication.

    Knowledge of industry deposit guidelines desirable.

    Organised with excellent time management skills and an excellent eye for detail, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels and alone.

    Qualifications

    Pass in GSCE English & Maths or equivalent.

    ARLA Certification or equivalent property management qualifications desirable.
