Urban Splash marketing team crowned the best in the country

The Manchester-based team scooped two awards at the Estates Gazette sponsored Property Marketing Awards which were held at BAFTA in London last night. There, they were presented with the award for Best in house marketing team as well as the best residential marketing award for the company's Park Hill scheme.

Urban Splash head of marketing and design Mhairi Smith said: "We are simply thrilled with these awards. We are a small team working with small budgets who retain a constant commitment to delivering campaigns which break creative boundaries and keep Urban Splash at the forefront of peoples' minds."

The awards take Urban Splash's total tally to 339 accolades and come just a week after the company's co founder Jonathan Falkingham was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
