Description
We’re continuing the Park Hill story with Phase 2, working with our partners Places for People and award-winning architects Mikhail Riches we’ll be creating 195 new homes and 20,000 sq ft of workspace. Our vision for Park Hill is to create a real mixed community, and along with student living coming to Phase 3 this year, we’ve got something for pretty much everyone.
All of the new apartments in Phase 2 have been carefully thought out and designed by Mikhail Riches to maximise space and light. The finer details have been carefully considered, an example is your door colour will match your balcony reveal in one of our softer new pastel tones.
Every home will be duplex, dual-aspect and have some sort of outdoor space. With stunning views over Sheffield and the new resident garden. These homes will be very special and be a fantastic addition to Park Hill.

About Park Hill
Standing proudly at the top of the hill overlooking Sheffield city centre, Park Hill was completed in 1961 as a bold vision for modern urban living. Its distinctive ‘streets in the sky’ – wide walkways outside each home, designed to be big enough for a milk float to pass – became vibrant social spaces where neighbours met and community life flourished.
Fast forward to 2026, and there are now 455 new homes, accommodation for 356 students and more than 50,000 sq ft of workspace across three completed phases.
Phase 4 is currently on site and will deliver 125 new apartments (20% of which will be affordable), along with new green spaces, EV charging, a car club and bike storage – all created in collaboration once again with the architects behind sold-out Phase 2, Mikhail Riches.
