Bags of original character
Guardhouse is located just beyond the incredible arched entrance to Royal William Yard. We kept all the original character of this building during its restoration as we transformed the building to create six workspaces.
The building offers great office, studio and retail space from 245 sq ft to 3,300 sq ft. Here, you're right in the heart of the Yard - a thriving community of apartments, workspaces, waterside retail, restaurants and leisure spaces which attracts over a million visitors per year.

Life at the Yard
Royal William Yard is a place where thousands of people live and work. Thanks to its beautiful buildings, stunning views, great restaurants, leisure facilities, bakery and galleries, it’s a destination too.
There’s always something going on here - you can try yoga or fitness classes on the lawn, experience Finnish-style sauna and ice therapy, rent a paddleboard, dine al fresco, browse the shops, grab a coffee, or simply admire the views. There’s also a regular programme of events all year round, including craft and food markets, seasonal events, and pop-ups, so there's bound to be something for everyone.
