    37.5 hours (including weekends) – Tuesday to Saturday

    £24,000 (plus commission)

    Location

    Manchester Head Office, with travel between developments

    Key responsibilities

    Focus on sales disposals with occasional work at other regions depending on business needs.

    Respond to sales enquiries quickly and efficiently, in a polite and informative manner.

    Conduct viewings on available homes with potential purchasers, providing a positive experience and identifying needs of buyers.

    Maintain excellent communication and customer service levels.

    Regular communication with agents and solicitors to ensure efficient and swift action on all matters.

    Ensure Key & Fob stocks are organised and maintained for sales homes.

    Qualify potential customers and ensure that all suitable homes are considered.

    Accompany potential purchasers and tenants on viewings of residential properties.

    Build up knowledge of all schemes and availability.

    Ensure that details of all visitors and enquiries are logged and followed up.

    Work as part of the team to deliver sales and rentals targets.

    Conduct handover and demos with our customers on completion of their homes and provide support to lettings team when required.

    Take responsibility for maintaining long and good relationships with customers, clients, and agents with a view to generating more loyalty business.

    Know your market – get out and around the competition, and compile intel regularly.

    Identify potential acquisition opportunities for clients.

    Assist in disposals of other assets such as parking bays and storage units

    Other ad-hoc duties, when necessitated by the needs of the business.

    Skills, knowledge and experience

    Proven experience in a residential lettings and/or sales environment.

    Experience of working to and meeting targets.

    Knowledge of the conveyancing process.

    Approachable with great customer care and communication skills - both written and oral.

    Ability to work with minimum supervision and to use your initiative in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong IT skills, specifically in using Microsoft Office.

    Excellent organisational skills.

    You must be enthusiastic and flexible with an interest in both sales and lettings. If your strengths are in one particular area, we will work with you to develop your knowledge across the two disciplines.

    An understanding of shared ownership and shared equity is desirable.

    Experience negotiating sales is desirable.

    Qualifications

    5 GCSE passes at grade C or above (or equivalent).

    Full driving license and means of transport.
