    Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator

    The role

    We’re growing our maintenance team and are on the hunt for a Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator to help us manage our nationwide portfolio. We are looking for someone who:

    — Experience and interest in property industry
    — Able to work to deadlines efficiently.
    — Excellent organisational skills
    — Proactive with good initiative
    — Good verbal communication skills – Not shy to use the phone and speak to colleagues and customers.
    — Experience using excel and Microsoft software.
    — Eye for detail – E.g.: ensuring all logs and cases accurate and detailed.
    — An interest in property and the mechanics involved in asset management.
    — Previous experience using CRM software such as salesforce (Not essential but would be great)
    — Comfortable working as part of a team, and alone
    — Positive forward-thinking personality


    37.5hrs, Monday to Friday (Flexible Between 9am & 5.30pm)



    Key responsibilities

    — Deal with planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of residential assets

    — Ensure tenants and customers are communicated with at a high standard.

    — Handle and organise incoming maintenance reports from tenants.

    — Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords to resolve any reported maintenance cases.

    — Obtain and assess multiple quotes for high value maintenance works.

    — Maintain a strong pool of contractors, to ensure high quality works and competitive pricing.

    — Log communications and details related to works undertaken on homes.

    — Ensure compliance fully adheres to legislation across the portfolios (E.g: EPC, EICR)

    — Complete other ad-hoc duties, when necessitated by the needs of the business.

    Knowledge and skills

    — Approachable with great customer care and communication skills - both written and oral

    — Ability to work with minimum supervision and remotely, using your initiative in a fast-paced environment.

    — Strong IT skills, specifically in using Microsoft Office

    — Enthusiastic and proactive with excellent organisational skills


    — Previous property or maintenance background

    — The use of Salesforce, or similar CRM systems desirable

    — Maintenance administration qualification or similar desirable
