    The role

    The modern housebuilder, House by Urban Splash, are looking for a content creator with a few years’ experience, some great work to share and bags and bags of potential. You’ll be primarily looking after our social media, emails, blogs and web copy but there are plenty of bigger, juicier projects if you have the ideas and aptitude.

    You’ll need to be a team player, organised and down in the detail to keep on top of all of our social media channels and balance the competing voices vying for airtime.

    And you’ll be instrumental in shaping the TOV of a fairly new and very fast-growing brand.


    Full-time, flexible


    £24 – 32k Commensurate with experience

    — Head of Digital
    — Marketing Managers

    Key responsibilities

    — Writing, briefing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, email campaigns, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms

    — Utilising SEO best practices to increase site traffic

    — Safeguarding and upholding House by Urban Splash tone of voice and brand values and standards across all outputs

    — Conducting research and interviews to create blogs on various industry related topics

    — Social media planning, execution, tracking and metrics

    — Social media engagement ideas and execution alongside the in-house creative team and our PR consultants

    — Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives

    — Keep us up to date on the latest social media features and platforms we should be using

    — Assisting the creative team with copy for promotional materials

    — Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems

    — Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers


    — Minimum three years relevant experience


    — Degree in English, Marketing, or a similar field desirable

    Skills, knowledge and attributes

    — Experience creating strong, engaging content for both digital and print mediums

    — A portfolio of work to share

    — An understanding of SEO best practices

    — Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing

    — Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills

    — Strong listening and communication skills

    — The capacity to work independently and collaboratively

    — Ability to report effectively on campaigns

    — Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy

    — Experience of website CMS platforms for updating content
