I was recently on site at Smith’s Dock in North Shields, our joint venture with Places for Peopl, to witness the delivery of the first hoUSes.
It was great to see them in situ in the sunshine; there’ll be 34 of our modular Houses there in total, with some incredible views of the River Tyne.

Guy has over 20 years of experience in the residential property industry.
