We've formed a new partnership with Japan's biggest housebuilder and Homes England
The £90m deal, as reported in the Financial Times, in which tech entrepreneur Noel McKee, and Channel 4 architect George Clarke have also invested, means we’ll be working in collaboration with Sekisui House to create more House by Urban Splash homes throughout the UK.
Mansion House apartments now on sale at New Islington
We're excited to have just released these beautifully designed homes for sale in Manchester. Copper Building is ready to shine
The façade of Copper Building in South Bristol is now glistening in the sunshine as the building nears completion. We're throwing open the doors of our brand new show home at Port Loop on Saturday 8th June. Come and take a look around our three storey Town House, sitting right on the edge of a new one acre park, and learn more about our plans for a brand new island community.

Smith’s Dock in North Shields is a brand new neighbourhood on the Tyne that we’re creating with our partners, Places for People. The 90s remastered at Salford Quays
When we bought Boat Shed two years ago, it was almost empty; now, thanks to our restoration programme we’ve attracted lots of new tenants. The building’s almost full with just five units remaining.
