Last Saturday Urban Splash and our partners Places for People launched the next phase of homes and workspaces at Park Hill in Sheffield. Almost 300 people came along (with queues starting from 1.30am!) to meet our team and take a look at the plans for the future of this Sheffield icon, designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects Mikhail Riches. 23 homes in phase 2 have already been sold, with the remaining homes now on sale from £135,000. We’ve produced this brand new book and brochure telling the fascinating story of Royal William Yard in Plymouth, a waterside neighbourhood which has transformed from disused naval yard, into a true, 21st Century cultural hub. Thousands of people now live, work and play here, and this new book tells the story of its evolution – as well as details of some of the final workspaces we’re creating at the Yard’s centrepiece building – the Grade I Listed Melville. Planning approval has been granted for the first phase of homes at our Inholm neighbourhood in Northstowe new town, Cambridgeshire.
