    Welcome to our July edition of Newsplash - a monthly round-up of all things Urban Splash, featuring new homes, scheme launches, commercial news and much more.

    This month we've got news of more new House by Urban Splash homes for sale at East Float, Wirral Waters in Merseyside and at Inholm, Northstowe in Cambridge. There's also updates from Cheshire, where we'll soon be bringing our first homes to Grappenhall Woods in Warrington. Back in Manchester, we reveal details of the brand new residents gardens we've created at Avro lofts in the city centre, and news from our Urban Splash Residential Fund, who've just released some brand new homes to rent at New Islington.

    This Saturday, we’re launching a collection of new, waterfront homes at East Float at Wirral Waters. Our newest House by Urban Splash homes will be on sale on the day, including Town House and Row House – a brand new take on the traditional mews which is coming first to the Wirral.     Our latest House by Urban Splash neighbourhood in Cheshire

    We’ve received planning approval for a new neighbourhood at Grappenhall Woods in Warrington – the final phase of the Homes England Grappenhall Heys scheme. Our sustainable, suburban neighbourhood will feature 228 homes in a green wooded landscape – including a green spine of 2,800 sq m of new public green space, play areas and over 900 new trees.

    Our first show homes are now open at Inholm – a brand new neighbourhood we are creating at Northstowe in Cambridgeshire, which will feature schools, parks, an outdoor gym, two new waterparks and good transport connections!     Our latest homes at New Islington in Manchester are now on sale

    Now that all of our House by Urban Splash homes at New Islington Marina are sold out, we’ve released more for sale in the Stubbs Mews area of the neighbourhood. These 18, waterside Town House homes feature private elevated garden terraces overlooking the canal, with three, four and five bedroom properties on offer – all of which have high ceilings, oversized windows and are in an awesome location in central Manchester.

Having completed our transformation of the historic, Listed building and creating 31 homes rich in original features like brickwork, cast iron columns and beams, we’ve now created the landscaped outdoor space too.     Urban Splash Residential Fund invests £25.8m in new homes for rent

    The Urban Splash Residential Fund (USR) has agreed a deal to acquire 76 House by Urban Splash homes for £25.8m, including 30 houses and apartments at New Islington in Manchester – taking its total portfolio to 240 properties. The fund is also looking to explore a new rental model at Port Loop, our new waterside community in Birmingham.
