This is the Peninsula at Inholm, Northstowe, where the first of our brilliantly designed House by Urban Splash homes are now in place, overlooking the waterpark and Cambridgeshire countryside. We’re creating more new homes at New Islington in Manchester – a major regeneration project that’s transformed a disused part of the city into a vibrant new place to live, work and play. These 18 homes will be located at Stubbs Mews, at the North Eastern end of the neighbourhood, with elevated terraces directly overlooking the Ashton Canal. The homes will be ready to move into this autumn.

Our House by Urban Splash communities are places in which everyone can live – including customers who want to rent. Find out about the three-story Town House homes now available at New Islington Marina, or our super-sustainable Mansion House apartments with dual-aspect views. These architect-designed, pet-friendly homes can be furnished or unfurnished, and residents will also get to use the Ark community app to access offers from local businesses too.

Our commercial team has brought more great businesses into Urban Splash neighbourhoods and across our portfolio this month, completing deals on 40,000 sq ft of space. More than 5,000 sq ft has been let at Beehive Mill in Ancoats in Manchester, right by our New Islington community, and 8,000 sq ft of deals at the Matchworks in South Liverpool.

Hot on the heels of the launch of our House by Urban Splash Row House mews homes at Wirral Waters in Merseyside, is the news that they’re now coming to Birmingham. They’ll feature in the latest phase at Port Loop, Birmingham’s island neighbourhood where we’ve already completed and sold out 100 homes and opened a new public park; we’ve won another award for the community this week too!

This image shows what our newest commercial space will look like at Park Hill in Sheffield. The space will be located in the newest wing of the building, along with 195 homes designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Mikhail Riches – 170 of which are already sold – as well as ground floor work and leisure spaces which have been pre-let to a range of retail, leisure and creative businesses.

We’ve delivered more of our House by Urban Splash Town House homes to our Inholm neighbourhood in Cambridgeshire this month. 2 Lockhart Way is among the first homes here and offers four bedrooms and spacious living areas over three floors, overlooking the waterpark and close to the new schools. This energy efficient home features huge windows and patio doors, high ceilings, a pitched roof, and a first-floor balcony.

There’s lots happening at Boat Shed, our riverside building in salford quays. Our new host Lindsay is in now working with customers at the building, and new coffee shop DEX is opening this month. New occupiers will benefit from hosting al fresco meetings by the river in our luscious, landscaped gardens, as well as bike racks, showers, parking and more. Unit 3.08 offers 292 sq ft of space and is available right now.
