Our first Mansion House homes are looking great!
It was great to visit New Islington this week and see the (impressively safe and socially distanced) bustle back in the community. There were people safely sat outside Pollen and Northern Eudamonia, enjoying the late summer sun and sipping on great coffees whilst watching the world go by. Others were enjoying the green space of Cotton Field Park, watching the glistening Marina.
Whilst standing in the park I looked across to our first House by Urban Splash Mansion House apartment building, which is due to complete next year.
These new images show the structure (all made from super sustainable cross laminated timber) as it nears completion. Lucky residents will benefit from dual-aspect views and oversized windows – all of which will help them enjoy looking out across this community.

New Islington wasn't always like this; once a bleak neighbourhood (and depressingly, the fictional setting of TV’s Shameless) it’s been transformed. Where you’ll have once seen burnt out cars, you’ll now see those people enjoying their al fresco lunch.

We can’t wait to show you more pictures as we undertake our final transformations here. In the meantime if you’re interested in the final homes in our first Mansion House apartments, which are available with Help to Buy and are Stamp Duty exempt until March 2021, then get in touch.
