Launching the first ever homes at Port Loop
This weekend we launched the first ever homes for sale at Port Loop in Birmingham – bringing the first 20 modular Houses to the market.
From our floating sales suite (yes, this branded barge which was moored at the Distillery in the centre of Birmingham), we welcomed customers and guests on board to tell them more about the customisable homes on offer.
Buyers who reserved on the day were able to tailor their new home to suit them, choosing from a range of either two or three storey homes and then determining the layout inside – their own grand designs!
We also had another boat available on the day which took passengers just a short distance up the canal showing them the Port Loop site from the water; it’s a vast, important regeneration scheme, and one which will ultimately feature more than 1,100 homes, green spaces and amenities fit for a 21st Century neighbourhood.
