Launching our first homes at Wirral Waters
On Saturday 10th July, we’ll be welcoming our first prospective residents to East Float – part of the Northbank neighbourhood at Wirral Waters, in which we’re creating 346 new House by Urban Splash homes with Peel L&P.
This new waterside neighbourhood really is going to be the best place to live in Merseyside; it’s close to central Liverpool with brilliant connections by water, rail and road.
Our first homes are on sale from just £210,000! They overlook the Mersey, standing right by the water’s edge. Our Town House homes (we’ve already sold out of them at other neighbourhoods like New Islington in Manchester, Port Loop in Birmingham and Smith’s Dock in North Shields) will be available here as well as a brand-new architectural typology – Row House.
Row House is our take on the mews house, but with a House by Urban Splash twist! Bright red facades and options to buy a house in a 2, 2.5 or 3 storey size – with a roof terrace, high ceilings and lots of natural light.
Customers visiting us from 10 July will also be able to immerse themselves in the neighbourhood virtually thanks to the opening of our new sales pavilion. This architecturally iconic structure is unmissable for those walking along Dock Road right now, and is filled with screens on which customers can make their choices about which Town House and Row House to buy.
Visitors will also be able to see the almost complete park at Wirral Waters – the first of much planned, open space here.
