Buy or rent with US; our newest homes

    07 October 2019
A 3 minute read by Guy Ackernley

We’ve launched new homes at a number of our developments recently, making our homes and apartments available to more customers.

We’ve just opened the doors at our brand new Copper Building in South Bristol, showing our brand new show penthouses to around 100 guests who joined us on the day. The homes are available now to buy (Help to Buy is on offer here too) or rent; they come with balconies, dual aspect views over 10 acres of private gardens, and up to 947 sq ft of space – The Sunday Times think they’re ‘lustworthy’ too.

And we’ve also just launched the first ever Brick House homes for customers at Port Loop in Birmingham. Designed by Birmingham-based Glenn Howells Architects, Brick House is a collection of 37, brilliantly designed, mews properties combining traditional Georgian design features such as large windows and an elegant façade, with modern finishes. Homes will be handmade on site using traditional brick build to reflect the heritage of the area. There are four ways to get one of the homes we’re creating at Port Loop; you can buy, rent, purchase using Help to Buy - and shared ownership’s available too.

Meanwhile in Manchester, some of our final House by Urban Splash Town Houses are now on sale at New Islington. The homes, which are created in our East Midlands modular factory using modern methods of construction, are some of the last we’ll be creating in the New Islington neighbourhood, an area we have transformed in the past 20 years – turning it into somewhere the Manchester Evening News recently called “a picturesque marina”, with “a school, restaurants, bars and an artisan bakery with queues out the door.”

We also have the last few remaining Lister's Pods on offer too. These penthouses sit atop Velvet Mill in Bradford, described by the Yorkshire Post as “…an astounding, contemporary contrast to the historic factory below”.

And, as we look ahead to 2020 there are many more exciting homes coming your way too; next year we’ll be launching more House by Urban Splash Town Houses at Inholm, Northstowe in Cambridgeshire and at Wirral Waters in Merseyside.
