It really is as easy as that. All you need to do is introduce a purchaser to US (or a new tenant). You earn yourself some money and the person you introduce gets to live in one of our great homes.

How it works

Email us at earnagrand@urbansplash.co.uk. This must be our first introduction to the customer. Referrals will not be eligible where the customer has already directly enquired to us or if the customer has already reserved an apartment.

The referral fee is only payable once on a specific apartment

Please ensure you email the following details:
- Customer name
- Contact telephone number
- Interested in sales or rentals
- Development
- Your name, postal address and telephone number

We will then confirm receipt of your email and send you a cheque if your referral has been successful, within 2 weeks of move in (rent) or completion (sale).

That is all we need from you. We will then get in touch with your friend/colleague/uncle/boss/significant other/insignificant other* (delete as appropriate) and you will hear from us again if the introduction is successful!

Terms and Conditions

Referral scheme
Refer your family and friends to Urban Splash and we will pay a referral fee of £1000 if you refer someone who purchases an apartment from US or £100 if you refer someone who rents an apartment from US.

Rental referral
- To be paid once the tenant has moved in
- Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer i.e months rent free offers
- Full market rent needs to be achieved

Sales referral
- To be paid once the apartment has legally completed
- Available on all apartments currently marketed for sale
