Award winning regeneration company Urban Splash has confirmed that it has completed almost 4,000 sq ft of deals in its Liverpool portfolio.
First the company has completed a deal on 1,386 sq ft of space at Mersey House with fashion importers Four Trading BV, who has taken the space across three units. It means that the building is now 75% let following a relaunch last year when it was refurbished to create flexible, affordable office space.
In a separate deal, 2,585 sq ft of space has been let to web company MW Internet Solutions who has taken studio space in the main Matchworks building, home to a number of creative, media and online businesses.
