Stubbs Mill

We’re now on site at Stubbs Mill in New Islington where we’re reinventing our north-lit mill into some funky office space. Stubbs sits right next door to our Will Alsop designed Chips and the new tram stop. We’re working with Six-Two architects for the first time and space will be ready in early 2016. Contact Paul Jones for more….

Tom Bloxham

Highly respected Journalist Hugh Pearman has written in the RIBA Journal about us surviving the recession and that we are “ready for round two”. Read more.

Olympic Park

We are delighted to be part of the team working with Places for People and Balfour Beatty for the East Wick and Sweetwater bid at the Olympic Park site in East London.

RWY

Visit Britain helped put Royal William Yard in lights this month, projecting a stunning 18-metre high display onto the site. It’s been a good few weeks at the Yard as we’ve also signed up London based pizza restaurant Wildwood.

Fort Dunlop

Fort Dunlop in Birmingham was shortlisted in Property Week’s  list of the best buildings of the past 20 years. In 2006 we transformed the space from a derelict factory to 345,000 sq ft of commercial space. Take a look.
MIF 2015

We’re proud to announce that we’re now silver supporters of the Manchester International Festival – a collection of cultural, musical and theatrical performances now in its tenth year. As well as his Urban Splash duties, Tom Bloxham MBE is also Chairman of the festival so it’s an event close to our hearts. Book your tickets here

Schoolhouse

With great transport links thanks to its location in Trafford Park, Schoolhouse is a great commercial base. It’s packed with original features and fab tenants like The E Word and Marketecture. This 1,150 sq ft unit is yours for £1,197 pcm.
Pattern House

This two-bedroom Pattern House pad is perfect for tenants looking for a beautifully designed urban apartment in a rural setting, something that can be seen from the property’s two balconies. It’s well connected too with the nearby train station taking you direct to Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool. It’s yours for £700 pcm.
RWY Ferry

Who? Derek Smith, Harbour Master at Royal William Yard
What? I run the ferry service which takes passengers from the Yard and round to the Barbican each day. It’s something I’ve done since 2008 and things have changed a lot around here since then – there used to be just one café and lots of builders, now its bustling!
Where? Royal William Yard Marina, just between the Mills Bakery and Brewhouse buildings
What’s new? After the cold winter break, the ferry service will be back this week, leaving the Yard on the hour each day until 6pm - and leaving the Barbican on the half hour through the day
Why do you love Royal William Yard? I’ve worked in and around the area for seven years and love how populated and busy its become. In the summer while people are sat out on the terraces at the many bistros it could be anywhere in the world. The trip in and out of the Yard is stunning too and I get to see so many stunning parts of Plymouth on my journey.
