Here’s TV “Restoration Man”, George Clarke, presenting us with a Blue Ribbon Award – one of four awards we’ve won in the past month. Park Hill has won a Green Apple award, Royal William Yard has been awarded Herald Business Award, while our residential team has won a Gold Award for 100% customer satisfaction from In House Research. Royal William Yard in Plymouth is the place to be this month, both Wagamama and French restaurant Le Bistro Pierre have opened while Las Iguanas will open in Brewhouse today. Meaning there are now eight places to eat or drink at the Yard (not to mention 400 residents and 600 people working there). New Islington Free School opens in September in temporary accommodation before moving to a permanent building in 2014. In time for that, George Bulman has been appointed as principal and has recorded a radio commercial for the school, listen to it online. We’ve welcomed some great new tenants into our portfolio this month including:

Pieminister: The uber cool international pie people, have moved into Smithfield Buildings in Manchester. Their other locations include London and Amsterdam.
Energy Compliance Ltd moved into the Residence Two building at Royal William Yard while existing tenant Ocean Studios expanded their space there.
Hydrapress Systems have taken a 3,763 sq ft unit on Thorncross industrial estate in Manchester. Hire Torque has also moved onto the estate.
Unfold Marketing has moved into our Tea Factory building in Liverpool.
Wagamama and Las Iguanas are now open in Brewhouse, Royal William Yard, Plymouth.
