Urban Splash return to profit

We’ve just released our latest accounts, announcing our turnover has passed £100 million for the first time ever and that we’ve returned to profit. Read more here and take a look at our Pinterest board of the best bits from the past year.

The House that Urban Splash built

We're launching House – our new concept in housing early autumn. The first properties will be for sale in Manchester and you can register your interest now.

Mills Bakery, Royal William Yard

There’s nothing like Royal William Yard and its views over Plymouth Sound, especially in the summer so take advantage of this stunning one-bedroom home in the Grade I Listed Mills Bakery building. Your neighbours include a wine bar and the River Cottage restaurant. Yours for £650 pcm.
Ocean Studios, Royal William Yard

Another reason to live at Royal William Yard is that new artists studios are coming to the scheme. The £4m Ocean Studios will also create 100 jobs.
Waulk Mill

Fancy just under 3,000 sq ft of space in Manchester? This unit at Waulk Mill’s perfect for local businesses who want to be at the Northern end of town. It’s adjacent to New Islington too, meaning there’s a nearby park for summer lunchtimes! It’s yours for £2,435 pcm.
The Screaming Gander Studio

New Hotel for Royal William YardWho? The Screaming Gander Studio
What? A working art studio and somewhere which twice a year becomes an open gallery of my paintings
Where? Chips, Manchester
What's new? I'm enjoying creating lots of new pieces of art and welcoming members of the public by appointment to see them. I think that people like coming and seeing a working studio and art in progress rather than a standard gallery format
Why do you love Chips? I chose to buy the commercial unit at chips to set up my working studio, because I liked the Iconic building and the New Islington area. It's an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood with an up and coming creative vibe, right by the canal where the boats go by whilst I'm painting
Where can we find out more? Either on our website, our studio Facebook page or over on Twitter
