Our latest financial results

Our latest financial results
We've published our latest annual results which report total returns of £14.6m. It's a year in which we've made a significant return to development. Our Chairman Tom Bloxham MBE said: “For the first time in a number of years and without distraction, we have been able to fully engage in what we do best; delivering award winning, design-led and innovative regeneration schemes across the country.”

Of the 260 homes in Phase 1 at Park Hill in Sheffield we now have just ten left for sale. It's your final chance to own one of the first redeveloped homes at the scheme; one and two bedroom duplex properties are available, with prices from £100,000.

Meet the Tenant - Rockets & Rascals

Meet the Tenant - Rockets & Rascals
Who? Jim Pascoe of Rockets & Rascals
Where? Mills Bakery, Royal William Yard, Plymouth
What? A Bicycle Emporium & Cafe who have fully embarked on the South West requirement to be into as many outdoor activities as possible!
What's new? We've popped up in Mills Bakery, every form of espresso based coffee, damn fine toasties and exquisite bicycles are now much more readily available in Royal William Yard. Fear not the Firestone Arches are still in full flow with Paddle Boarders, DJ sets and BBQ all summer. We're really looking forward to bringing cycling to the Yard in a big way this year, especially with the Plymouth Gran Fondo longer routes in September. On a less lycra based note, we're getting warmed up for Yard Sessions – regular live music and DJ sets, making the most of our amazing waterfront spot whilst cooking up the very best local seafood and beers alongside great wine from our friends at Le Vignoble.
Why do you love Royal William Yard? There's no better spot than sitting in the evening sun, outside Firestone Arches with great tunes, barbecued mackerel and a beer – it's an amazing place, I particularly love the mix of formal and informal within 200m.
