The Lex competition received 132 entries from practices from all over the world which is a great compliment to this site and the town of Walsall.

Following the first stage of judging, a shortlist of seven designs was chosen. The seven finalists are:

The finalists’ designs will be on public display at the Walsall Art Gallery from Saturday 9th to Tuesday 12th of August. The display will allow members of the public to leave their comments about each of the entries.

The next round of judging, which involves interviews with each of the finalists will take place towards the end of the summer.
