The first development for Urban Splash saw the creation of 18 apartments and 20,500 sq ft of commercial space. It is now home to a wealth of bars, galleries and creative businesses. The first phase of RopeWalks, Concert Square is now the heart of Liverpool's nightlife.
Concert Square received an RIBA Award for Architecture in 1996 and was widely recognised for kickstarting the regeneration of this area of Liverpool.
