Unit 2 is home to Mind the Gap, a performing arts society for the disabled. While Unit 3 offers 3,525 sq ft of commercial space which would suit a variety of businesses.
Phase II, Velvet Mill, which is just across the courtyard, has seen the creation of over 190 homes along with 10,000 sq ft of mixed use commercial space on the ground floor. Designed by David Morley Architects, Velvet Mill offers 2,335 - 6,200 sq ft of commercial space and would make an ideal office. Alternative uses such as showroom or leisure spaces are also suitable subject to planning.
