The site was formerly the offices of tool manufacturers Cincinnati (hence the name!).
The site is made up of one large three bay warehouse unit, and two smaller separate warehouse units. The large warehouse unit has a steel frame construction with full height brickwork and a solid concrete floor. Internally, facilities include ancillary offices and male and female WC’s. The unit benefits from an eaves height of approximately 7 metres and craneage is installed within each bay with loading capacities of 15 tonnes per crane. Building B is a short, brick built building with a pitched roof. Building C is a large square, brick built building with mezzanine office space. All units include ample car parking.
