Working with our partners Muse Developments, Tees Valley Regeneration and Homes and Communities Agency, we are putting the finishing touches to the Northshore Masterplan, a new 23 hectare mixed scheme along the River Tees, in Stockton-on-Tees. We want you to help us create a new typology, a new way for families to live. A 3.49 hectare blank elevated canvas, with a riverside frontage the Home Zone is where you come in. Working with partners Advantage West Midlands, Walsall Council and Walsall Regeneration Company, Urban Splash are delivering Phase One of the Waterfront development just near The New Art Gallery. Tribeca Infobox
The Architects' Journal and Urban Splash teamed up to give an emerging UK architect a £500,000 building to design in Liverpool. The Tribeca Infobox design competition was open to anyone, from students to newly established practices.
